Born in Georgia and raised in Ohio for most of his life, Taylor's been drawing since he was a very young age and grew up reading the Sunday comic strips and hand-me-down Archie comic books.

 

He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts in Sequential Arts from The Savannah College of Art and Design in May 2014.

 

Much of his inspiration comes from the comics, films and video games from his childhood, including Marvel's Spider-Man, the works of Hayao Miyazaki, and The Legend of Zelda.
